'Nuisance' bombing in 'Oyster Town'

This photograph shows a dummy inside the Morrison shelter that has been installed in the ground floor of a two-storey house prior to the destruction of the house in a test to assess the efficiency of the shelter. This photograph was taken somewhere in Britain in 1941.
