Hurricane v Ju 88 over the Irish Sea
26th August 1941: First kill for French Pilot who flew with the RAF
French airforce pilot Rene Mouchotte had fled to Britain following the fall of France. He soon joined the RAF and trained on Hawker Hurricanes before joining 615 Squadron in 1940, based at RAF Kenley, one of the front line Battle of Britain stations.
