Daylight raid on Lowestoft kills 63

13th January 1942: A solitary bomber brings death and destruction to a small town on the coast of England

Clearing up the remains of Wallers department store in Lowestoft on the morning after a lone bomber had attacked the east coast town. The search for casualties went on for three days and twelve people were pulled from the wreckage.
