‘New pictures of the RAF's heavy Stirling bomber, with a speed of 300 m.p.h. and a bomb load of eight tons. Stirlings dealt smashing blows at Germany's centres of industrial production for the "Wehrmacht" during the 1000 bomber raids on Cologne, Essen and Bremen.
