The Morrison Shelter is introduced

23th March 1941: As the Luftwaffe renew their attacks, the government provide a new bomb shelter that people can use within their houses

Men, probably from the Ministry of Home Security, check the inside and outside of the house to be used in this test of an indoor table-type air raid shelter, somewhere in Britain in 1941. It appears that this house and the surrounding area had already been badly damaged in an air raid.
